In our professional lives we work to improve and enhance the built environment throughout the North East of England.  Privately, whether raising money for 'good causes' or helping to raise the spirits of those less fortunate or able, there has always been a culture of providing help and support to others.

With initial donations of £1million to a Charitable Trust, the shareholders have decided to support these activities for the foreseeable future across the Group.  To start with the Trust will receive £200,000 every year for five years .  This money will be used each year to achieve maximum benefit.  Through the Trust we will be able to support larger projects and it will provide a way by which all employees can lend a hand. 

We hope to find some 'flagship projects' which will merit substantial support of up to £100,000 as well as many smaller projects, such as those that staff have chosen in the past. 

As a community business within the North East we look forward to continuing to make a real difference to the area in which we all live and work.
